Ears So Funny

Here is a bunny with ears so funny.

                [hold up two fingers, bent over]

And here is his home in the ground.

                [make a circle with thumb and index finger of opposite hand]

When a noise he hears, he pricks up his ears,

                [straighten fingers]

And he jumps to his home in the ground.

                [two fingers dive into circle of other hand]

Little Rabbit

I saw a little rabbit go hop, hop, hop.

                [hop in place]

I saw his long ears go flop, flop, flop.

                [hands above head; flop wrists over and back]

I saw his little eyes go wink, wink, wink.

                [blink eyes]       

I saw his little nose go twink, twink, twink.

                [wiggle nose]

I said, “Little Rabbit, won’t you stay?”

                [make beckoning motion]

He looked at me... and hopped away!

                [hop]

Little Bunny Foo Foo,

[hold up two fingers]
Hopping through the forest.

[hop fingers]
Scooping up the field mice,

[make scooping motion with hand]
And boppin' 'em on the head.

[make bopping motions with hands]

Down came the good fairy and she said,

"Little Bunny Foo Foo,
I don't want to see you

[wag index finger]
Scooping up the field mice
And boppin' 'em on the head.
I'll give you three chances,

[hold up three fingers]
And if you don't behave
I'll turn you into a goon!"

The next day:

Little Bunny Foo Foo,

[hold up two fingers]
Hopping through the forest.

[hop  fingers]
Scooping up the field mice,

[make scooping motion with hand]
And boppin' 'em on the head.

[make bopping motions with hands]

Down came the good fairy and she said,

"Little Bunny Foo Foo,
I don't want to see you

There Was a Little Bunny

There was a little bunny who lived in the wood.

                [hold up two fingers]

He wiggled his ears as a good bunny should.

                [wiggle fingers on either side of head]

He hopped by a squirrel.

                [hop]

 He hopped by a tree.

                [hop]

He hopped by a duck.

                [hop]

And he hopped by me.

                [point at self]

He stared at the squirrel.

                [stare]

He stared at the tree.

                [stare]

He stared at the duck.

                [stare]

But he made faces at me!
