      ·         The marshmallow challenge is an innovative team building exercise that requires groups to work together to reach a common goal. Team members must join forces to build the tallest tower out of marshmallows and toothpicks. Constructing three dimensional structures using only the limited materials provided strengthens problem solving and spatial awareness skills.
