Fingerplays:

After a Bath
After my bath, I try, try, try
To wipe myself ‘til I’m dry, dry, dry.
Hands to wipe, and fingers, and toes,
[wipe hands; then fingers; then toes]
And two wet legs and a shiny nose.
                [wipe legs; then nose]
Just think, how much less time I’d take,
If I were a dog, and could shake, shake, shake.
                [shake like a dog]

Bubble Bath
Bubbly, bubbly, bubble bath,
                [wiggle fingers]
Filled to the top.
                [raise fingers overhead]
Listen to the bubbly bubbles,
                [cup hand to ear]
Pop! Pop! Pop!
                [clap 3x]

Bath Time Fun
Wash your hair and wash your face,
                [wash hair; then face]
Wash your neck and every place
                [wash neck; then all over]
On your arms and on your thumbs.
                [wash arms; then thumbs]
Wash your hands – are we almost done?
                [wash hands]

Wash your tummy, wash your knees,
                [wash tummy; then knees]
Legs and ankles, if you please.
                [wash legs; then ankles]
Wash your feet and each little toe.
                [wash feet; then toes]
Bath time is so much fun, you know?
                [smile]
